We had a beautiful stay at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, with its stunning beachfront location and charming historic decor. Our room was spacious and offered an amazing view, but the bathroom felt quite small. While the staff in some areas were exceptional, there were also moments of inconsistency in service that we encountered. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience that I look forward to repeating, despite some minor drawbacks.

However, the service left something to be desired, especially during peak times, which was a bit frustrating. Though the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, the dining experience could use some improvement in terms of timely service. Overall, it was a memorable stay, but I had hoped for a bit more consistency.

However, the dining options could use improvement, and the upgraded room I received felt a bit dated, lacking the luxury charm I expected from a 5-star hotel.
